Terms of Service
- These terms of service define the rules for using the gorilla-hr.com website, hereinafter referred to as the „Service”, operated by Soft Gorillas Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Rzeszów, at Jana i Jędrzeja Śniadeckich 20D/7, 35-006 Rzeszów, Poland, registered in the National Court Register under number KRS: 0000890717, NIP: 8133856997, REGON: 388472110.

- Using the Service implies acceptance of these terms of service. If you do not accept these terms, you are prohibited from using the Service.
§2 Definitions
- User – a natural person, legal person, or organizational unit using the Service.
- Administrator – Soft Gorillas Sp. z o.o., the entity managing the Service, responsible for its proper functioning.
- Candidate Profile – a set of information and personal data concerning the Candidate, managed and moderated by the Administrator.
- Services – services provided electronically by the Service to Users, including recruitment intermediation and contract outsourcing.
- Candidate – a User submitting their CV via the Service to find employment or contract cooperation.
- Client – an entity submitting a request for employees or outsourcing services through the Service.
§3 Rules of Using the Service
- The User undertakes to use the Service in accordance with applicable laws, the provisions of these terms of service, and the principles of social coexistence.
- It is prohibited to provide unlawful content by the User.
- The User bears full responsibility for actions taken while using the Service.
- Candidates do not have individual accounts in the Service but only profiles managed by the Administrator.
- Candidates can update their data and information by contacting the Administrator.
§4 Recruitment and Outsourcing Process
- Submitting CVs by Candidates
- 1.1 A Candidate can submit their CV via the Service, consenting to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
- 1.2 Candidates can consent to direct cooperation with Soft Gorillas Sp. z o.o. and to participate in contract outsourcing processes.
- Cooperation with Clients
- 2.1 Clients submit requests for employees through the Service, selecting from available candidates based on their qualifications.
- 2.2 Clients can receive ongoing information about new candidates meeting their requirements and request additional specialists.
- Contract Outsourcing
- 3.1 In the case of contract outsourcing, project requirements are sent to Candidates based on Client requests.
- 3.2 Soft Gorillas Sp. z o.o. is responsible for matching Candidates to Client requirements and coordinating the outsourcing process.
§5 Data Protection
- The Administrator processes Users’ personal data in accordance with applicable laws, including the GDPR.
- Candidates have the right to request the deletion of their personal data. Such requests should be sent to the e-mail address: job@gorilla-hr.com. The Administrator undertakes to delete the data within 14 days of receiving the request.
- Detailed information on personal data processing can be found in the Privacy Policy available on the Service.
§6 Liability
- The Administrator is not responsible for interruptions in the functioning of the Service caused by force majeure, hardware failure, or unlawful actions of third parties.
- The Administrator is not responsible for the content posted by Users.
§7 Complaints
- The User has the right to submit complaints regarding the functioning of the Service.
- Complaints should be submitted electronically to the e-mail address: yourteam@gorilla-hr.com.
- The Administrator undertakes to review complaints within 14 days of their receipt.
§8 Changes to the Terms of Service
- The Administrator reserves the right to change these terms of service. Changes take effect 14 days after their publication on the Service.
- A User who does not accept the changes to the terms of service has the right to stop using the Service.
§9 Final Provisions
- Matters not regulated by these terms of service are governed by Polish law.
- Any disputes arising from the use of the Service will be resolved by the court competent for the Administrator’s registered office.
